Refund Policy

The OrderShield Protection fee is non-refundable upon issuance. Coverage applies to qualifying shipping events as described in the OrderShield Protection Terms.
No Cash Refunds
OrderShield does not issue cash refunds, cash credits, or monetary reimbursements for the protection fee under any circumstances. The OrderShield Protection fee is considered final at the time of transaction.
Resolution Process
In the event of a qualifying shipping event — package lost in transit, non-delivery, or damage in transit — the sole and exclusive remedy available under OrderShield Protection is a replacement order authorization. All resolution requests are handled through the OrderShield claim review process.
To initiate a claim, submit it through the claim form. Reviews are typically completed within 24 hours.
Claim Window
Claims must be filed within thirty (30) days of non-receipt or, for damaged orders, within thirty (30) days of delivery. Claims submitted after the 30-day window will not be eligible for coverage.
- Coverage applies to the specific order placed through OrderShield checkout.
- Coverage is non-transferable and applies to a single order only.
- OrderShield Protection is a service contract and not an insurance product.

Statutory Cooling-Off Periods
OrderShield acknowledges that certain jurisdictions may provide statutory cooling-off periods or cancellation rights that cannot be waived by contract. Where applicable by law, such statutory rights will be honored in accordance with the requirements of the relevant jurisdiction.
